CAC II or CAC III certification from ADAD. Must have a current First Aid/CPR
certification or obtain within six months from start date of employment. Must
be 18 years of age (Company Policy). Minimum 1 year work experience in
substance abuse treatment. If a history of substance abuse/addiction exists
there shall be no evidence of employee substance abuse for a minimum two year
time period, abstinence from alcohol/drugs is mandatory. Must physically
be able to perform duties of the job. Must pass Child Protection Registry check, must pass pre-employment UA, and must be able to pass a CBI Criminal background check.
